Family-owned values. Serving our community for over 50 years.
Our Story
For more than 50 years, Shirlington Shell Service Center has kept Arlington drivers safely on the road with honest, full-service auto repair — from routine oil changes to Virginia inspections and major engine work.
Family-owned and operated since 1972, Shirlington Shell has grown up alongside the neighborhood it serves. Located right off I-395 at 2817 S. Quincy Street, we've built our reputation the old-fashioned way: straight answers, fair prices, and work that's done right the first time.
Our ASE-certified technicians service every make and model — domestic and import — and we're a Virginia-certified safety and emissions inspection station. From Shirlington and Fairlington to Alexandria and the rest of Arlington, drivers keep coming back because we tell them what their car actually needs, and nothing it doesn't.
That approach has earned us a 4.3-star rating and over 946 reviews — and, most importantly, drivers who trust us with every vehicle in their family.
